  • What time is check-in?

The hotel rooms are available from 2pm. You can make use of a luggage deposit service in case of an early arrival.

  • Until what time can I register at the hotel?

Our reception staff is available 24/7.

  • Should I inform the hotel in case of a late arrival?

You are free to inform our staff in case of a late arrival, knowing that they are available 24/7. However, this information may be useful for our internal organisation.

  • What time is check-out?

Rooms must be vacated before midday.

  • Do you have a left luggage service?

Yes, you can make use of our luggage desposit for free.

  • Does the hotel have free parking spaces?

Yes, we offer 80 free and secure parking spaces.

  • Can I use internet in my room?

Yes, the hotel and the rooms are equipped with free access to Wi-Fi internet.

  • What are the accepted means of payment?

You can pay by credit card, American Express, or cash.

  • Should I communicate my credit card number for online bookings?

Yes. We need your credit card number to ensure your online booking. To guarantee confidential use of these data, our website is equipped with a secured payment system. 

  • Is my credit card debited when I book online or will this be done when I leave the hotel?

Your credit card number will only be used as a booking guarantee. The payment for your stay will not be debited before you leave the hotel, unless otherwhise specified in the terms of sale.
The total amount of your reservation will be pre-authorized 2 weeks before arrival. It will be returned 24 hours after departure.

  • What happens if I cancel my booking?

Cancellations may lead to costs. This will depend on the terms of sale and cancellation of the booked room. These terms are available when booking online or in your confirmation e-mail.

  • Cancellation policy

- Free cancellation 2 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation, the first night will be debited. Besides, for any early departure, the whole stay will be charged.

- Non refundable offer: the amount will be debited any time after booking.If canceled, modified or no-show, the total of the reservation will be charged. In case of early departure, the whole stay will be charged.

  • Is the hotel equipped with an elevator?

Yes, it serves for the 3 floors of the hotel.

  • Are pets allowed?

No, pers are not allowed at the hotel.

  • Is the hotel equipped with a disabled access room?

Yes, our hotel is equipped with 2 disabled access rooms, on the ground floor. Each of these rooms has a king size bed.

  • Can breakfast be served in my room?

No, breakfast can only be taken as a buffet in the restaurant.

  • Do you have a restaurant?

Yes, our restaurant welcomes you every day, for lunch and dinner.

  • Is it allowed to smoke in the rooms?

No, all the rooms are non-smoking. If you smoke in your room, you will automatically be charged twice the price of the room.

  • Do you accept families?

Yes, the hotel offers quadruple family rooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), and quintuple rooms (1 double bed and 3 single beds), as well as communicating rooms and baby cots.

  • What is the maximum number of persons per room?

Our quintuple family room is equipped for a maximum of 5 persons (one double bed and 3 single beds).

  • Is it possible to have an extra bed in the rooms?

No, it is not possible to add an extra bed in the single or double rooms. Our family rooms are equipped for several persons.

  • Do you have a shuttle service to get to the railway station or the airport?

No, we do not offer this service. However, we can book a taxi for you if needs be.
